Chiropractor: Burswood Health
For your alignment and pain management needs during pregnancy and postpartum.

Hypnobirthing: Hypnobirthing Australia
Hypnobirthing is a wonderful tool to prepare your mind for the beautiful experience of birth. Like doolas and midwives, you need to find a practicioner that resonates with you. That being said, I used Hypnobirthing Australia’s online course with Melissa Spilsted, and I got so much out of it.
Hypnobirthing: Christian Hypnobirthing
Whilst I have not used the Christian Hypnobirthing App, I am a keen follower of their Instagram page, which is full of stunning birth videos, powerful borth stories and beautiful scriptures to remind us we are not walking this road alone.
I also recently met the creator of the app, Tara Menzies, in person. She has a wonderful passion for bringing joy and positivity, not just into the birthspace, but into every day life.
